Computers and accessories will only be replaced within 30 days of purchase, if they are defective by the manufacturer, or were damaged in their assembly and shipping . Beyond 30 days any replacements will incur a fee to be applied. Technical support will always freely assist in diagnosis of any problems under the 2 year limited technical support. Repair Within 30 days of purchase, if a component is defective by manufacturer or assembly fault, we will repair or replace the defective component. Return shipment will be reimbursed upon diagnostic confirmation that the computer has not been damaged by external means (spills, overclocking, etc), as well as outgoing shipment. Refunds Packages Gaming packages cannot be refunded. Desktops You may recieve a refund on your computer within 14 days, however, this will incur a 15% restocking fee. If you have overclocked anything and caused damage to the computer, we will not accept the return. 2 Years limited technical support. |
